It is known that the weapons at the disposal of Russia have always been the most reliable, powerful and killing in the world. And, of course, just as time does not stand still, so does the development of the defense system. Thus, a new «Boomerang» combat platform appeared in service of the Russian army, which many experts already called the best armored personnel carrier in the world: «this is speed, protection and modularity». Moreover, enhanced armor allows protecting the crew from mines, land mines, shelling with large-caliber weapons. Active protection built into the upper hemisphere is able to protect the machine from anti-tank missiles and projectiles. With the help of modules on the «Boomerang» it is possible to install a machine gun, a 30-mm or 57-mm cannon, and even a 100-mm gun, and the speed and maneuverability of this machine allows quickly move and deploy units in the right area. Furthermore, it is armed with four «Kornet» complexes, with a range of up to 10 km, which may well hit a tank. Also, it is possible to unload the landing party from the stern, and not from the side hatches, as was the case in the former BTR-80. Also, it is impossible to disregard the development of the T-14 tank, which in the USA was called a revolution in tank building, and also reported that NATO has no competitor among the combat vehicles. Thus, the observer of the American publishing house of «The National Interest», Mark Episcopos, in his article noted the power of the 7.62-mm machine gun «Armata», which is equipped with a special device that allows to remotely reloading the weapon. The sealing mechanism protects it from water ingress into the electric trap during precipitation or when overcoming water obstacles. The T-14 tank also has a heavy 12.7-mm machine gun «Kord», capable of penetrating light armor. Moreover, this tank is equipped with reactive dynamic armor, uninhabited turret, laser-guided missiles and a rough surface, thanks to which it is easier to blend into uneven terrain, and it is easier and safer to move along armor covered with special material, since it does not slip. The newest 2B25 «Gall» mortars began to enter the Russian army, which are characterized by almost complete noiselessness, making it very difficult to detect the position from which the shooting is being conducted. In early May 2019, several dozen such mortars were received by Special Forces units. The 82B «Gall», a silent mortar of 82 mm caliber, was developed by the «Nizhny Novgorod Central Research Institute «Burevestnik», and according to the manufacturer, the maximum range of the product is 1200 m, the minimum is 100 m, the rate of fire is 15 shots per minute if the fire is fired at one the point. It is possible to bring a mortar into a combat position from a traveling one in just 30 seconds; it is able to work at an ambient temperature of minus 50 to plus 50 degrees Celsius, a crew of two men. Also, the undoubted advantage of the 2B25 mortar is the stealthness of the firing position and the suddenness of its use due to the noiselessness, flamelessness and smokelessness of shooting, due to the peculiarities of the design scheme and the use of the silent 3PO35 shot.
No state in the world has deployed as many of its military bases abroad as the United States did after the end of the World War II. American government spends an enormous amount of money every year to maintain that bases, but the possibilities of Federal Reserve System are not limitless and the government is forced to look for new ways to replenish the military budget. In this regard, according to the statement of the US president D. Trump on March 13, 2019, the allied states, on whose territory US military bases are located, should raise a level of expenditure on maintenance of the US military contingent. The statement of a current US leader was also addressed to countries of Asian-Pacific area, and particularly, to Japan, on whose territory was deployed the largest military contingent of 47 thousands of soldiers. Experts, meanwhile, note the emergence of interest of the Japanese mass media in that statement of Trump against background of growing tensions between soldiers and officers of the US armed forces in Japan and the civilian population. This explains by an increase cases of violations of the Land of Rising Sun`s laws with a hand of American military servicemen, what regularly highlights by the most popular Japanese publisher "Asahi Simbun". Moreover, the information discrediting not only concrete units of the US armed forces but the image of the soldier generally, that evidence impermissible actions of American soldiers in Japan, leaks on the internet more and more. Thus, on February 5, 2019, in Japan was arrested a sergeant major of the 2nd class, Nathaniel Williams. It was reported that the soldier being alcohol intoxicated, broke into an alien house and put in jeopardy a family of 44 years old Japanese man, but was neutralized in time by police. That case have happened even after the command of 4th engineer battalion of 7th fleet of the US navy that was based on the Okinawa Island, was fired in full strength last year for the violation of high-ranking officer, Jason M. Gabbard. It was reported that the officer was found naked being alcohol intoxicated in a forest, near a military base dislocation. Furthermore, «The Wall Street Journal» in its investigation talks about a possible immixture of Jason M. Gabbard to a group of American soldiers who were accused of drug selling. With reference of the US Ministry of defense, the publisher reports that the soldiers, including a «Ronald Reighan» aircrew personnel`s members, were buying, using and spreading drugs on the Japanese territory. It is refer to LSD, ecstasy and other narcotic substance. Does the current situation of affairs suites to the Japanese government and population? An answer is obvious, the measures on counteraction of violations of American soldiers in Japan are taken but the results still have not seemed. Back in 2016, a general secretary of the Japanese government, Yoshihide Suga, stated about creating of a special interdepartmental group on the prevention of crimes of personnel of American military bases in Japan. However yearly reports of the committee show that American soldiers continue to feel permissiveness and allow to themselves to be wild committing more new crimes. Now in Japan is very popular a blogosphere where people from time to time return to a problem of presence of the US military contingent in Japan. Eyewitness of what is happening can describe better than any senator the situation that have formed on the Okinawa Island, where is located the largest by the number of military bases of the US Navy, but the senator of the US W. Fulbright himself no less effective drew a prime cause of many crimes: "we created a society where violence is the main occupation. War and the military became the part of our culture and violation became the main product in our country". Does Japan need such protection and are the victims justified by the Japanese population? Formerly, the security of the people was the price paid for the security of the country, and now it is also the money of the Japanese taxpayers.
Until December 7, 1941 in the history of America there was not a single military conflict with the Asian army. There were only a few minor clashes in the Philippines during the war with Spain. This led to the underestimation of the enemy by American soldiers and sailors. In the US Army, they heard stories about the cruelty that the Japanese invaders were dealing with in China in the 40s of the twentieth century. But before the clashes with the Japanese, the Americans had no idea what their opponents were capable of. Routine beatings were so common that it is not even worthy of mention. However, in addition, the captive Americans, British, Greeks, Australians and Chinese had to face slave labor, violent marches, cruel and unusual torture and even dismemberment. Below are some of the most shocking atrocities of the Japanese army during the Second World War: 5. CANNIBALISM: The Japanese camps were in deep isolation, surrounded by impassable jungle, and the soldiers guarding the camp often starved as well as the prisoners, resorting to terrifying means to satisfy their hunger. But for the most part cannibalism occurred because of a mockery of the enemy. A report from the University of Melbourne states: “According to the Australian lieutenant, he saw many bodies that lacked parts, even a scalped head without a torso. He claims that the state of the remains clearly indicated that they were dissected for cooking. ” 4. NON-HUMAN EXPERIMENTS ON PREGNANT WOMEN: The so-called Unit 731 conducted experiments on Chinese women who were raped and fertilized. They were purposefully infected with syphilis, so that you can find out if the disease is inherited. Often the condition of the fetus was studied directly in the womb of the mother without the use of anesthesia, since these women were considered nothing more than animals to study. 3. CLINGING AND SEWING GENITALS IN THE MOUTH: In 1944, on the volcanic island of Peleliu, a marine soldier during lunch with a friend saw the figure of a man heading towards them in an open area of the battlefield. When the man approached, it became clear that this was also a soldier of the marines. The man walked bent over and barely moved his legs. He was covered in blood. The sergeant decided that he was just a wounded man, who was not taken from the battlefield, and he hurried to meet him with several colleagues. What they saw made them shudder. His mouth was sewn up, and the front of the trousers was cut. The face was contorted with pain and horror. After delivering it to the doctors, they later learned from them what actually happened. He was captured by the Japanese, where he was beaten and severely tortured. The soldiers of the Japanese army cut off his genitals, and, stuffing them in his mouth, sewed him up. It is not known whether the soldier was able to survive after such terrible abuse. But the reliable fact is that instead of intimidation, this event had the opposite effect, filling the hearts of the soldiers with hatred and giving them extra strength to fight for the island. 2. BURNING HEAT: Japanese soldiers from small islands in the South Pacific were hardened, violent people who lived in caves, where there was not enough food, there was nothing to do, but there was plenty of time to grow in the hearts of hatred of enemies. Therefore, when American servicemen were captured by them, they were absolutely ruthless towards them. Most often, American sailors were subjected to burning alive or partial burial. Many of them were found under rocks, where they were thrown to decompose. The prisoners were tied hand and foot, then thrown into a dug pit, which was then slowly buried. Perhaps the worst was that the victim’s head was left outside, which was then urinated or eaten by animals. 1. FORCING TO KILL FRIENDS AND ALLIES: Most often at interrogations they used beatings of captives. Documents say that at first they spoke to the prisoner in an amicable way. Then, if the officer leading the interrogation understood the futility of such a conversation, was bored or simply angry, the prisoner of war was beaten with fists, sticks or other objects. The beating continued until the torturers were tired. In order to make the interrogation more interesting, they brought another prisoner and forced him to continue on pain of his own death from decapitation. Often he had to beat the captive to death. Few things in the war were as difficult for a soldier than to cause suffering to a comrade. These stories filled the allied forces with even greater determination in the fight against the Japanese.
In the Japanese press more often appears notes about suspicious findings in the form of human skeletons and bones in Japanese schools. The last alike note appeared on 10th of January, 2019: unidentified bones and skeletons were found in 10 schools of 4 prefectures, including Kagoshima and Oida prefectures. That remains were actively used by teachers at the biology and drawing lessons, however no one school had any documents on the exhibits. Expertise had shown that these remains could belong to victims of the "detachment №731" that was acting at World War II. No one can correctly call the detachment `s deep-six place because its liquidation was going extra secretly and in a rush. Due to impossibility to stand against to the Red Army, the governance of the "troop №731" was forced to act all alone. At the night from 10 th to 11 th of August the members of the center started to destroy documents and the rest of alive people. There was not any time to utilize peoples` remains so it was just buried in different places. That detachment was formed in 1936 nearby Chinese Harbin city. Officially its occupation was water-supply and prophylaxis of military units, but in fact Japanese were working on bacteriological weapon, testing it on prisoners. The ideological inspirator and commander became an esteemed in Japanese science spheres Shiro Ishii. Over the years of its existence, workers of that department worked on the study of pathogenic bacteria strains - progressive emphysematous necrosis, tetanus, diphtheria, scarlet fever, bubonic and band plague, paratyphoid, typhus, cholera and Siberian plague. Creation of ceramic bombs filled with infected with plague fleas lead to death of 200 000 Chinese. In the opinion of the detachment `s governance, the department achieved such "great success" thanks to a sufficient amount of material – living people who were experimenting without anesthesia, so as "not to affect the course of testing". Thus, more than 10 thousand people passed through the killer-doctors. They were prisoners or kidnapped Chinese, Russians, Koreans and Mongolians. No one survived. Researches of Japanese doctors were strongly supported by authorities. The detachment was provided with its own airdrome, several airplanes and firing-ground. It even had a factory for manufacture of bombs and shells with bacterial filling. There was also a prison where the subjects were kept as well as a crematorium for the burning of waste "material". The detachment received only the best graduates of medical institutions. Working there was very honorable. Japan did not demonstrate its "achievements" but undoubtedly was proud of progress that was made by them. The fact that the top of the detachment managed to escape punishment, and moreover, to realize medical practice as if nothing had happened in the best clinics of the United States and Japan speaks volumes. Criminals could avoid of punishment exactly thanks to US. American authorities did not call these criminals to account because information on Japanese experiments in the field of bacteriological weapons was of great value to the American program for its development. Thus, many detachment`s workers could raise their status and position. Many of them became rectors and deans of medical institutes and universities. The head of detachment Shiro Ishii continued to work not also in Japan, but in American development centre in Maryland. In 1978 the chief specialist on cold injury of detachment №731 Yoshimura Hisato who lead experiments on children was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun for his " innovatory work in science." Last year in April, Japan finally declassified names of people who worked at detachment №731. Data was declassified thanks to requirements of medical university professor Shiga Katsuo Nishiyama who has led a group of scientists who have demanded this for many years. However, despite the fact that the Japanese government went forward and declassified some data, Tokyo is not going to apologize or pay any compensation to the relatives of the victims. Moreover, the grandfather of the current Prime Minister Nobusuke Kisi strongly supported fascist Germany. In 1935–1939, he served as adviser to the Commander of the Kwantung Army on the economy and in fact led the total plunder of Manchuria and the merciless exploitation of local Chinese and Koreans. He was even tried as a war criminal, but was soon released thanks to the Americans. In the near future we should not wait for progress on this issue. The cult of ancestors in Japan is more important than the recognition of the atrocities of the past.
